Our Objective…
Using publicly available Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS.gov), SeeSurance analyzes currently reported and historical health insurance spending and loss ratio data and presents it in a clear, accessible format. The SeeSurance Report enables consumers to easily compare insurance companies, understand how premium dollars are spent, and make more confident coverage decisions. SeeSurance helps consumers answer a fundamental question: Is the cost of your healthcare insurance a good value?
Background…
SeeSurance was founded by a family who recognized a common problem: consumers rarely know how much of their insurance premium is actually spent on care. While healthcare and insurance data are widely available, they are often difficult to interpret, analyse or apply. To bridge this gap, the founders partnered to transform complex data into clear, organized, and useful insights.
By combining healthcare literacy with technical expertise, they developed the SeeSurance platform to make information more transparent, understandable, and actionable. Built using a Lean Management approach, the core team contributed expertise in healthcare, business, technology, and marketing, while a network of trusted advisors from several successful entrepreneurial entities, provided valuable user feedback that helped guide the company’s development.
Looking ahead, SeeSurance is focused on expanding its impact to help consumers and the healthcare industry in general. We have established a long-term development plan rooted in applying continuous improvement as we gain valuable feedback from advisors, the healthcare industry, and especially you the consumer. While we continue to explore mission-aligned sustainable growth through an agile development strategy, SeeSurance remains primarily committed to “Our Objective…”
Most importantly we listen to the customers we serve.
